Personal Injury - 'no win, no fee'
Also known as Conditional Fee Agreements (‘CFAs’), our fee depends upon whether you win or lose your case.
Winning
If you win your case, your legal costs and expenses will normally be paid by your opponent. However, because we have taken a risk, we are entitled to an additional ‘success fee’. The success fee is agreed with you at the start of your case and represents an increase on our normal charges. The success fee can usually be recovered from your opponent’s insurance company as part of the claim for costs.
Losing
If you lose, you will not have to pay for any of the work that we have done. However, you may still be liable for any expenses, such as court fees, expert’s fees or barrister’s fees and your opponent’s costs and expenses. To cover against that we can arrange:
