Company Secretarial

It is a legal requirement for companies to keep specific books and records in accordance with the Companies Act 2006.  A failure to do so could result in personal liability attaching to the officers of the company.

Largely an administrative exercise and one in the past carried out by the company secretary, companies now no longer need to have a company secretary.

At Hart Brown our specialists can advise you on what records need to be kept so you do not fall foul of any statutory obligations.

To speak to someone who can advise on company secretarial or any other legal matters relating to your business call, email or request a call back from one of our specialist lawyers.
