Annual Returns
Annual Returns must be filed by all companies, each year, at Companies House. A failure to do so will result in the company being struck off the company register. If a company is struck off, they no-longer exist and will not be able to continue to trade.
If you do find that your company has been struck off our specialists at Hart Brown can help you restore it back to the company register.
To speak to someone who can advise on annual returns or any other legal matters relating to your business call, email or request a call back from one of our specialist lawyers.
