Finance Documentation

Most business transactions include some form of finance. You might have to raise finance, whether you are:

  • buying a company
  • moving premises
  • investing in a new product

All forms of finance, including loans, should be evidenced in writing.

The purpose of putting it in writing is to:

  • evidence the  loan
  • confirm the basis on which it has been lent
  • confirm any security banks or individual lenders might want
