Company Restoration
When a company is struck off the register at Companies House it ceases to exist.
If it is your company that has been struck off or you are a creditor wanting to pursue your debt against the company you can apply to have the company restored to the register.
The procedure involves an application to the court and agreement from the Crown. Once restored it can continue to trade and be pursued for monies outstanding as normal.
At Hart Brown our specialists have regularly applied to restore companies to the register. We will help you with the procedure so that the company is restored as quickly as possible.
To speak to someone who can advise on company restoration or any other legal matters relating to your business call, email or request a call back from one of our specialist lawyers.
