Dissolution
When a company is dissolved it ceases to exist. A company can be dissolved by:
- being struck off the Registrar of Companies at Companies House often for failing to file annual accounts
- application by the members of the company
Your reasons for wanting to dissolve your company will vary. It might be part of a restructure of your business or simply because you no-longer want to continue to trade. Your company must be solvent if dissolution is to be an option.
At Hart Brown our specialists will advise you on the procedure and whether dissolution is the right commercial decision.
To speak to someone who can advise on dissolution or any other legal matters relating to your business call, email or request a call back from one of our specialist lawyers.
