Software Licensing
If you are the owner of software or are using software you will need to agree the basis on which the software can be used. Usually a software licence is agreed which covers matters including:
- rights to use the software within certain agreed parameters
- any restrictions on use
- cost
- time limits
- support available
Licensing agreements vary enormously and depend entirely on what the parties want to agree.
At Hart Brown our specialists can draft relevant documents or advise you on the effects of any document you are being asked to sign. We will make sure that you fully understand the terms of the agreement before entering into it and that your interests are fully protected. In this way you can avoid expensive future litigation.
To speak to someone who can advise on software licensing or any other legal matters relating to your business call, email or request a call back from one of our specialist lawyers.
