Defective Works
Defective works (complaints about the quality of workmanship) are one of the most frequent problems faced by property owners having work done on their own home. They can equally be troublesome for any builders, surveyors, engineers or architects accused of being responsible for the defective works
Whether the problem is small, such as a light switch not working or large, such as a fundamental defect in the structure of a building, we are experienced in this area and understand the technical problems involved better than most. We aim to find reasonable and cost effective solutions to any disagreement.
Architects, project managers, surveyors and engineers involved in a building project may also be involved in the dispute and we have many years of dealing with what can often be a multi-party disagreement.
To speak to someone who can help with a dispute about defective works or any other commercial litigation claim call, email or request a call back from one of our specialist lawyers.
