Other Injunctions

The most common types of other injunctions sought tend to relate to:

  • employment claims where a senior employee intends to work for a competitor or set up in business on their own account and tries to entice major clients or other employees away in breach of their contract of employment or restrictive covenants
  • landlord and tenant disputes where the court order seeks to prevent the tenant from committing a breach such as an unlawful assignment, the carrying out of unauthorised alterations or the unauthorised use of the premises.
  • harassment situations preventing someone from threatening or harassing another person, going near that person or particular areas such as their home or workplace
