Boundary Disputes
Boundary disputes can be quite emotive. In a complex area of law involving reviewing title deeds and legal principles arguing over who owns which bit of land can be difficult.
It is important to be certain where the boundaries are whenever you buy a property but if you do find yourself in a situation where claims arise over who owns which piece of land, or there are allegations of trespass, it is important that you seek advice from someone experienced in these disputes.
We believe that our role is to help identify where the boundary should be, help communication between the neighbours and help find a cost effective solution
To speak to someone who can help with a boundary or trespass dispute or any other commercial litigation claim call, email or request a call back from one of our specialist lawyers.
