Data Protection

The Data Protection Act 1998 governs the way in which data held on employees should be processed. If data is used in a way that is not compliant then sanctions, including criminal sanctions can be imposed.   At Hart Brown our lawyers can advise:

  • on how employment records should be kept
  • on who needs to be notified and
  • draft appropriate data protection policies

To speak to someone who can help with data protection or any other employment issue call, email or request a call back from one of our specialist lawyers.
