Advice to Occupiers
If you are an occupier of property but not party to the mortgage you will need advice on:
- whether you have an interest in the property
- the effect of the mortgage on any interest you might have.
You may be required to sign a deed of consent or postponement so that the lenders rights are ahead of yours.
At Hart Brown our specialists can explain this to you and discuss with you your rights and options. We will make sure you fully understand where you stand.
To speak to someone who can help with advice to occupiers call, email or request a call back from one of our specialist lawyers.
