Release of Rights

Generally it will require:
- a contract between the parties
- specifying what rights are being released
- specifying whether there is any payment or being given why the release is
Any release of rights should be in writing so that it is clear what is being released.
Provided all the legal requirements are met it will be binding even if you change your mind later.
