Seller and Buyer Disputes

If you are unhappy about a service you have received it may be because:

  • you have not had the full service
  • the work is of a poor standard
  • you have had negligent advice
  • you have not received what you were promised

The poor service might involve you in further cost.

We will advise you on your rights, how to pursue a claim and will help you negotiate settlements. We will discuss with you Alternative Dispute Resolution including mediation as an alternative to court action and we understand that costs involved must be proportionate to the value of our dispute.  If court action is the best alternative because the other side is not prepared to negotiate sensibly we will take a robust approach and guide you through the various stages of the litigation
