Data Protection

The Data Protection Act 1998 governs the way in which data held on employees should be processed. If data is used in a way that is not permitted then sanctions, including criminal penalties can be imposed on the employer.

If you believe that your data is being wrongly kept or used or simply want to understand what happens to information held on you our specialists at Hart Brown can explain this to you simply and clearly.

To speak to someone who can help with data protection issues or any other employment related issue call, email or request a call back from one of our specialist lawyers.
