Capital Gains Tax
When it comes to capital gains tax (CGT) on trust funds, trustees have their own personal allowance.
Chargeable gains earned by trustees are taxable at the same rate as for individuals.
At Hart Brown, apart from advising trustees on CGT payable, we can help them run the trust tax-efficiently. We are particularly strongly placed here, as, on top of a large team of specialist lawyers, we have our own in-house independent financial advisers.
To speak to someone who can advise on capital gains tax on trusts or any other issue related to a trust call, email or request a call back from one of our specialist lawyers.
