Disputes
Unfortunately, not all trusts run smoothly. At Hart Brown our specialist lawyers are experienced in helping trustees and beneficiaries should a trust dispute arise.
We will try to help the parties to reach an amicable settlement. If this is not possible, then court proceedings will have to be considered.
