Hart Brown in Surrey Business awards
Surrey-based Hart Brown solicitors has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Marketing category of the Surrey Business Awards 2006/7.
The prestigious Surrey Business Awards recognise the achievements of the brightest and the best in Surrey business and the winners will be announced in February 2007.
Bettina Brueggemann, Managing Partner of Hart Brown solicitors, said: “Our entry focused on the marketing campaign developed for the Hart Brown Annual Economic Forum, which has become a flagship event for the South East business community, addressed by the country’s best and attended by key players from business, local government and academia.
“We are currently working on our marketing campaign for the third Economic Forum – on 26 June 2007 – at Surrey University, at which Sir John Gieve, Deputy Governor of the Bank of England, is the keynote speaker.”
Chairman of the judges of the Surrey Business Awards, Dame Elizabeth Anson, said at this year’s awards launch: “The South East is the economic powerhouse of the country and Surrey is the economic powerhouse of the South East. We want to celebrate the achievements of all sectors of local business. Winning an award is a seal of quality.”
There are nine awards this year. Last year, Hart Brown was a runner-up in the Technology Award category, narrowly missing out on first place to an IT company.
Surrey Business Awards have the support of Surrey Economic Partnership and Surrey Chamber of Commerce. The winners will be announced at an Oscar-style awards ceremony taking place on Thursday 8 February 2007, at Mercedes-Benz World at Brooklands.
