Paul has a wealth of experience in commercial property with commercial leases and residential developments as his particular specialisms.
He counts amongst his clients nationally known organisations, major nationwide developers and a large PLC for whom he has set up dedicated distribution centres.

Paul’s most memorable cases were the successful planning appeals at Station Road, Hook and Oaklands Park Hotel, Weybridge, the latter at the third attempt.
Paul was admitted as a solicitor in 1969. In 1984 he set up his own niche practice which he operated for 11 years. He joined Hart Brown in 1995 as a partner.
