Amey specialises in  personal injury and medical negligence claims. Having previously worked  in the commercial business team she joined the Civil Litigation Department as a Legal Assistant in August 2010.

 Prior to joining Hart Brown, Amey studied Law, Critical Thinking, Psychology and Sociology and is now an associate member of ILEX.

Amey provides invaluable support to more senior members of the Civil Litigation team researching a wide range of legal issues relating  to personal injury cases, medical and other professional negligence claims as well as contentious trust and probate cases and Inheritance Act claims

High point in legal career:

Being given the opportunity to work within in a specialist litigation department and being able to expand my knowledge and expertise in this area of law.

What would you have done if you had not become a lawyer

Studied to become a forensic psychologist or psychiatrist

Outside interests

I am interested in health, fitness and nutrition. I go to the gym every day and weight train five times a week. I also enjoy going to bodybuilding and figure/fitness competitions.
