Barbara has a wealth of experience in debt recovery. Despite working to recover monies outstanding for her clients, debtors when sending their cheque often thank her for her help and understanding.
Barbara says “treating debtors as human beings has often meant that they have done their best to make payment”. I find that they are much more willing to work with me than against simply because I have given them a bit of time and listened to them!”
Barbara joined Hart Brown in 1994.
