Bruce specialises in commercial property and many of his clients are entrepreneurs. “Because as entrepreneurs they think outside the box they expect their lawyer to do so as well” says Bruce. “I find their ventures challenging but great fun and it is good when solutions are found to what sometimes initially look like dead ends”.
Bruce was a partner in the firm of Ponsford Devenish for over 30 years. The firm merged with Hart Brown in 2008. “I was delighted with the idea of joining a larger practice and the culture and ethos of both firms was so similar that it made the decision to join them easy” says Bruce.
