Caroline has extensive experience in both personal injury and clinical negligence claims. Having originally qualified and worked as a doctor (specialising in anaesthetics) she later retrained as a solicitor. She has a Masters degree in Medical Law and Ethics and is a litigator member of APIL (the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).
Prior to joining Hart Brown in 2008 she originally trained with a firm specialising in industrial injury claims before going onto work for another specialist personal injury firm in London.
Caroline’s background means that not only does she have a real understanding of a wide range of injuries and conditions and their complications but also she has practical experience of what happens on a day to day basis in hospitals which is particularly useful when dealing with medical negligence claims.
She has a very sympathetic manner with clients particularly when dealing with the often tragic results of medical mistakes. She has a particular expertise in dealing with MIB (Motor Insurers Bureau) claims in relation to both uninsured and untraced drivers.
Caroline frequently receives glowing client feedback:
"Caroline remained positive, honest & helpful at all times to enable me to continue pursuing what was a very welcome outcome. Thank you."
“Caroline Kerr was great and always very friendly and helpful with explaining everything with me. Could not have asked for a better solicitor”.
“I know that you put extra effort into my case and I count myself extremely fortunate to find someone so sympathetic”.
