Emily specialises in inheritance tax planning, the administration of estates, trusts, wills and lasting powers of attorney.
She is a member of the Law Society Probate Section and regularly contributes articles to Round and About and Hart Brown’s newsletters.
Her clients are delighted by her kind approach and efficient way of dealing with their matters, regularly writing to the head of department to comment on how pleased they have been with the service.
Having trained in the City, Emily joined Hart Brown in 2004.

My horse Basil, showjumping and eventing.
Notable achievements
I have been competing Basil for over 7 years. Throughout these years we have competed successfully at various equestrian centres throughout Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and some further afield. We ride for West Surrey Riding Club in the show-jumping and eventing teams and have competed at Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials and Hickstead Royal International Horse Show.
