Gary specialises in residential property and has done so for over 20 years.
His clients give him glowing references describing him as “prompt, efficient and friendly”. A comment Gary was particularly touched by said “absolutely fantastic service – thank you!! Gary is an absolute star. The service provided by Gary was always of the highest quality – very quick to respond to any queries and all queries were dealt with in a very thorough and detailed manner. Gary’s most memorable moment in his career was set at a very early age when, as an articled clerk ( now known as trainee), he took a case to the Court of Appeal and appeared in front of the renowned Lord Denning MR. A case involving injunctions and tree preservation orders, seeing Lord Denning make one of his famous judgments was something Gary has never forgotten.
Gary’s career started in local government where he was involved in setting up residential conveyancing processes. He then moved into private practise and for 10 years, in addition to residential conveyancing, undertook litigation and family work. He says this mix of work broadened his general skills and has given him the ability to think outside the box and find solutions to difficult problems.
Gary joined Hart Brown in 2005. He moved to the new Wimbledon office in September 2008 and became a Partner and head of the office in April 2009. A client recently gave Gary some excellent praise:
