Specialising in general commercial litigation and employment law, Helena has worked on a range of leasehold enfranchisement claims, business lease renewals and breach of restrictive covenant disputes.

She is a member of the Young Surrey Lawyers, Law Society, Surrey Women in Business and Surrey Chamber of Commerce.

Part of her training included a placement at the University of Copenhagen and an internship at ECAS Brussels. She qualified with a city firm and joined Hart Brown in 2009.

Interests

Travel – most recent destinations were Sydney and Singapore. Alumni member at Surrey Sports Park. As a keen tennis player it was a high point to see the Australian Open Semi Finals at Melbourne Park in 2010.

If you were on a Desert Island Discs what would your one luxury item be?

A yacht.

Notable achievements
