Luke specialises in estate and trust administration, private tax, wills and court of protection. His particular area of interest however is charity formations and working for charities.
Luke is a member of the Charity Law Association.
His most memorable case involved administering an estate where someone died with no will and her significant estate was distributed between 21 unexpecting beneficiaries throughout the world.
Luke qualified in 2000 and trained with a firm in Bromley before joining Hart Brown in 2005.
