Peter specialises in wills and powers of attorney.
He is a member of the Law Society and SLS.
Peter qualified as an attorney in Zimbabwe in 1969 after studying at King’s College London. He lived and practiced law in Zimbabwe for fifteen years with an interval of ‘practising law’ with North American and consortium banks in the London office for eleven years before. He returned to the UK in 2002 when he joined Hart Brown.
His most memorable case was a murder trial (in Zimbabwe) in which 4 people were accused; a guilty verdict would have earned the death penalty. He was able to reduce the charge to manslaughter; a case of ‘a family and matrimonial dispute’ that went wrong.
A client recently thanked Peter for his sympathetic approach: "Thank you, the sympathetic and efficient ways my various affairs were handled has been much appreciated."
