Rajani specialises in residential property with particular emphasis on lease extensions.
Her most memorable case involved a deed of easement agreed with the environment agency who wanted to put up a defence against flooding. “The issues were complex and it was interesting making sure all angles were covered” she says.
Rajani joined Hart Brown when she qualified in 2004 having started her career as a legal assistant with a smaller practice.
