Her most memorable cases involved (i) the refinancing of a portfolio of multi-let office buildings in London and (ii) the acquisition of land in multiple ownership for a development site (getting a dozen parties together for a completion meeting was quite a challenge).
Samantha qualified in 1999 and joined Hart Brown in 2006 after working for firms in Surrey and in the City.
