Sue specialises in inheritance tax, wills, powers of attorney, court of protection, estate administration trusts and tax.
She is a member of the Probate Society and has regularly contributed to publications including Care of the Elderly, Link and PS Probate Section Journal. She is Chair of the Woking Group of Macmillan Cancer Support and is about to receive a long service award from them.
Her most memorable case involved tracing the relations of someone who had died in 1943 which she eventually managed to do.
Sue joined Hart Brown in 2008 after having worked in the city for many years.
