Before becoming an employment solicitor, Ursula worked in Human Resources having originally studied Personnel Management. She qualified as an employment solicitor with Hart Brown in 2007.

She specialises in employment law, in particular redundancies, transfer of undertakings, discrimination claims and employment contracts and policies.

Ursula is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and is a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Here are Ursula’s answers to a brief interview about her interests and achievements:

What is your favourite travel destination?

I went on honeymoon to Makunudu, a rustic Robinson Crusoe style island in the Maldives. I also love Perth, Western Australia and Peru is an amazing country also.

Outside interests?

Dancing, rowing and spending time with my family and friends.

Current favourite song on your ipod?

Lady Gaga - Bad Romance... my favourite song for a while now... I can dance the dance too!
