After reading law at University College, London, Paul was admitted as a solicitor in 1969. Formerly a partner in a Thames Valley firm, Paul set up his own niche practice in Guildford which he operated for 11 years before joining Hart Brown as a partner in 1995.
Paul specialises in commercial property work for nationally known organisations with particular emphasis on commercial leases and residential development work. He does a considerable amount of work for a major nationwide developer. He has also set up dedicated distribution centres for a large plc who is foremost in the field of distribution.
Paul is on the steering group of the Waverley Business Forum which represents the interests of local businesses to the local authority and is based at our Resolution House office in Guildford.
