Samantha studied law at The University of the West of England, Bristol.  She was admitted as a solicitor in January 1999 and worked for a national commercial law firm in their City office for five and a half years post qualification.  She then worked for a smaller practice based in Guildford for eighteen months before joining Hart Brown in January 2006.  She is based at our Resolution House office in Guildford.

Samantha specialises in Commercial Property.  Her experience covers a wide range of transactions including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant, investment work, secured lending for high street banks and housing development.

In her spare time, Samantha is a regular at the gym and enjoys playing golf.
