If at the time of the accident you had the benefit of legal expenses insurance you may be able to instruct us without it costing you a penny personally. These days legal expenses insurance cover is a common “add-on” to other types of insurance policy e.g. buildings insurance, contents insurance or car insurance. Alternatively it may come as part of a credit/debit/store card package. Sometimes you will be covered if a close relative or someone living with you has such a policy. We will check the small print for you to see if you are covered.
