Business Ownership Disputes

Fast and cost effective resolution.

No matter how long they may have known each other before going into business together and no matter how much the excitement and the commitment at the start, fellow business owners often end up falling out with each other.

Whether they are

  • Partners in a partnership
  • Members in an LLP
  • Shareholders in a limited company or plc
  • Individuals/companies involved in any other sort of joint venture

We are here to help resolve any partnership, LLP or shareholder dispute.

We have extensive experience of advising a number of partners, members and shareholders across a wide range of business sectors. We provide pragmatic, tactical and cost effective advice as to the best way of resolving your dispute, whether that involves the business coming to an end and being wound up, being sold to a third party or continuing as before but not with all the same people on board.

Our team includes trained mediators who are fully committed to alternative methods of dispute resolution, whether that be by mediation, a joint settlement meeting or good old fashioned negotiation.
