Susan Stainsby

Susan is a qualified CIPD HR professional and is responsible for the firm's HR and Facilities functions. She has a wealth of generalist HR and pensions experience gained in the Legal sector, charities and publishing.

Susan joined Hart Brown in 2014 and works closely with the senior management team, giving advice at both operational and strategic level.

      Private Client lawyer – Guildford

      We are currently looking for an experienced Private Client lawyer to join our very busy Guildford office.

      A successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of PQE with an in-depth technical experience of a full range of cases such as wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, probate, inheritance tax, and estate planning. Being able to run your own files is essential, as well as being able to display high organisational skills and attention to details.

      Good business development and networking skills are also useful to contribute to the department’s continued growth.

      You will be working as part of a dedicated and friendly team across all of our offices. With our supportive and encouraging work culture, there are opportunities for progression within the firm.

       

      Dispute Resolution Lawyer – Guildford

      We are currently looking for an experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join our very busy Guildford office.

      A successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of PQE with an in-depth technical experience of a full range of cases such as General and Commercial litigation, Property and Boundary disputes, Leasehold and contract disputes, Contentious Trusts and Probate, Employer and employee disputes.

      Being able to run your own files is essential, as well as being able to display good organisational skills and attention to detail.

      Good business development and networking skills are also useful to contribute to the department’s continued growth.

      You will be working as part of a dedicated and friendly team across all of our offices. With our supportive and encouraging work culture, there are opportunities for progression within the firm.

      Please note this position does not involve dealing with personal injury and medical negligence work.
