Susan Stainsby

Susan is a qualified CIPD HR professional and is responsible for the firm's HR and Facilities functions. She has a wealth of generalist HR and pensions experience gained in the Legal sector, charities and publishing.

Susan joined Hart Brown in 2014 and works closely with the senior management team, giving advice at both operational and strategic level.

    Commercial Property Lawyer – Guildford

    We have a newly created role in our Commercial property department for a lawyer who has 5 + years PQE to work as part of our experienced team.

    There is a broad caseload, and the work will include Commercial leases, Development, Acquisitions and disposals, Corporate support and Investment. You will work with a wide range of clients and will work closely our other commercial teams.

    The successful candidate will enjoy plenty of responsibility and you will be joining a friendly and proactive team and dealing with high quality work.

    Excellent client care and interpersonal skills are essential as well as a keen commercial sense and an interest in business development.
