Susan Stainsby

Susan is a qualified CIPD HR professional and is responsible for the firm's HR and Facilities functions. She has a wealth of generalist HR and pensions experience gained in the Legal sector, charities and publishing.

Susan joined Hart Brown in 2014 and works closely with the senior management team, giving advice at both operational and strategic level.

Trust & Estates Lawyer

Hart Brown has an opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor or FILEx to join their busy Trusts and Estates department at their Guildford office.

The ideal candidate will be a Private Client Solicitor or FILEx who will have dealt with a range of matters including wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, probate, inheritance tax, and estate planning. Being able to run your own files is essential, as well as being able to foster excellent client relationships.

You will be working as part of a dedicated and friendly team across all of our offices. With our supportive and encouraging work culture, there are also opportunities for progression within the firm.

Residential Property Lawyer

Hart Brown are looking for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join our Cranleigh office.

A successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of PQE with an in-depth technical experience of a full range of cases such as sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity. Good business development and networking skills are also useful to contribute to the departments continued growth.

The Cranleigh office is a busy and friendly office with a well-established client base. Although this a standalone role, supported by a secretary, you will be very much part of the whole residential property team at Hart Brown.
