An update for clients on Hart Brown’s policy and procedures in relation to Coronavirus COVID-19:

Here at Hart Brown Solicitors, we are continuing to provide a full service for our clients and we aim to continue to do so, whilst taking into account government advice.

The senior management team is monitoring all developments, instructions and government advice and we have put in place a number of contingency measures to protect the health and welfare of our staff and clients. We also have a larger operational working group established across the firm whose role it is to monitor and respond to this ongoing and quickly changing situation.

Nearly all of our lawyers are working from home, with skeleton staff in some of our offices at various times. We have put in place a number of remote working practices to enable us to work efficiently and effectively throughout this period. Our offices are now closed to visitors and where possible we would ask that all documentation you need to send to us is sent electronically.

We continue to offer a full service across all of our practice areas. By putting in place these emergency measures we intend to keep offering you the same high quality levels of service you expect.
