An update for clients on Hart Brown’s policy and procedures in relation to Coronavirus COVID-19:
Here at Hart Brown Solicitors, we are continuing to provide a full service for our clients and we aim to continue to do so, whilst taking into account government advice. Our priority is the safety of our staff, our clients and the general public.
Many of our lawyers are working from home effectively, but we are also operating with a reduced number staff in each of our offices to ensure that we can continue to provide a high level of service to our clients.
While we encourage all our staff and clients to use virtual methods of meeting, such as ‘Teams’ or ‘Zoom’, we are now able to take a small number of essential meetings in our offices.
If a “face to face” meeting is required we will maintain social distancing, as well as ensuring antibacterial sanitisation of all surfaces that a visitor comes into contact with.
We will ask all visitors details of their current situation at home before they come in, including whether they have recently travelled abroad, whether if they or someone in their household have recently come into contact with someone who is displaying or has displayed symptoms of COVID-19 and where they or someone in their household is self-isolating as a precautionary measure. The guidelines for attending a face to face meeting will be discussed prior to the meeting.
