An update for clients: Coronavirus COVID-19


An update for clients on Hart Brown’s policy and procedures in relation to Coronavirus COVID-19:

Throughout the pandemic our priority has been to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and clients,  while providing a quality service with minimum disruption for our clients.  Now that the government restrictions have been relaxed and we can fully open our offices again, that priority remains.

To this end our staff will continue to wear masks in our offices and will continue to socially distance where appropriate.  We have hand sanitizing stations in all of our offices for visitors and staff to use, and we clean all surfaces in our meeting rooms before and after meetings.

We are holding meetings in our offices by appointment only, and we are asking that our clients do not come into the office if they have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for coronavirus, or if they are experiencing any coronavirus symptoms themselves. Our staff are also asked to follow these guidelines.  We are happy to continue to hold online/video meetings and we will try to limit face to face meetings except where this is essential.

By undertaking these measures, we feel confident that we can continue to provide our clients with a full service while keeping both our staff and clients safe.
