Individual Dispute Resolution

Practical, straightforward solutions that suit you

Our dispute resolution solicitors know that sometimes, no matter how hard you try not to, getting involved in a dispute is simply unavoidable. That is when you need to instruct Hart Brown with its team of expert dispute resolution lawyers to ensure your interests are fully protected. All of our lawyers are specialists in their fields so you can be confident that you are in safe hands.

Whilst we will always take cases to trial when necessary, we always promote early settlement of cases ‘out of court’ where that is both sensible and possible.

We have many years experience of dealing with all types of disputes before many different courts and tribunals. We understand the importance of friendly advice which is straightforward, practical and cost effective. We pride ourselves on coming up with creative solutions to even the most bitterly fought disputes.

We act for clients locally, nationally and internationally. We act for both claimants and defendants which gives us a rounded view not only of the matters apparently in dispute but also the real issues beneath the surface. Most of our work comes from existing clients or recommendations by those clients, other lawyers or experts with whom we deal.
