Individual Dispute Resolution

Experienced dispute resolution solicitors

Our team recognises that disputes can sometimes be inevitable, despite all best efforts to avoid them. In such instances, entrusting us with your case means benefiting from the expertise of our dispute resolution solicitors who will work hard to ensure that your interests are fully protected. Each case is handled with meticulous care and attention by our team, all of whom are dedicated to finding effective solutions as part of our dispute resolution service.

Although we are prepared to take cases to trial when necessary, our approach encourages early settlements ‘out of court’ when it is feasible.

With extensive experience navigating various disputes before courts and tribunals, we understand the importance of providing straightforward advice that is practical and cost-effective. As an experienced dispute resolution law firm, we pride ourselves on coming up with creative solutions to even the most bitterly fought disputes.

At Hart Brown, we act for clients locally, nationally and internationally. Acting for both claimants and defendants gives us a rounded view not only of the matters in dispute but also other issues beneath the surface. Most of our work comes from existing clients or recommendations by those clients, other lawyers or experts with whom we deal.
