You will receive our “working with you” or confirmation letter each time you instruct us. This will provide information relevant to the particular work involved. You will also be sent a copy of our ‘Terms of engagement’ if there have been any changes to this. By signing our letter or confirming by email, you will be agreeing our terms and conditions.
