What Do Our Commercial Property Clients Say?

"I never leave reviews but in this case I felt I had to as the level of professionalism and expertise Lucy showed in the selling of my commercial property with all the obstacles that seemed to be brought up. Lucy kept me updated at all times and although it seemed to take forever the hold ups always came from the buyers or their representatives. But in the end we got the property sold and at a price I can be happy with and with a great deal of help from Lucy. I have been a client of Hart Brown for over 45 years."

Commercial Property Client A,

        Senior Associate, Commercial Property

        Lucy Lawrenson

Lucy qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and has practised since then at a variety of firms, both in Central London and regionally. She joined Hart Brown in 2024 as a Senior Associate in our Commercial Property Department based at our Guildford office.

Lucy has 29 years’ post qualification experience in a wide variety of non-contentious property related matters, covering commercial and residential property and leasehold enfranchisement.
